Mission 2: Scientists in Action

📅October 24, 2025

✏️Summary

Join our heroes as they become curious scientists. They will learn to make hypotheses and explore the fascinating world of matter.

📖The Full Story

Our heroes, equipped with lab coats and safety goggles, are ready to uncover the secrets of matter. Their mission begins with an intriguing question: "Why do some objects float while others sink?" With the help of their mentor, Professor Spark, they learn how to formulate hypotheses. First, they observe various objects: a golf ball, a sponge, and a walnut. They excitedly discuss their ideas and predictions. "I think the sponge will float because it's light!" says one of them. Another hero responds, "But it also absorbs water!" With respect and curiosity, they listen to everyone's ideas. Next, they conduct their experiments. They fill a large container with water and start testing their hypotheses. With each object, they record the results in a special notebook. They discover that some objects float because of their shape or material, not just their weight. By the end of the mission, they reflect on what they've learned. They not only discovered the secrets of buoyancy but also the importance of teamwork and respecting different ideas. Professor Spark congratulates them for their bravery and curiosity, reminding them that anyone can be a scientist if they dare to ask and explore.
