📖The Full Story
During Mission 11, the students explored the world of communication and sales from an educational and entrepreneurial perspective. They realized that even the best product needs someone capable of explaining why it has value and how it can help others.
Throughout the session, we worked on fundamental skills such as empathy, active listening, and oral expression. The students participated in exercises where they had to present products, ask questions, identify needs, and practice the correct way to address a customer.
In addition, we reflected on the difference between trying to sell insistently and offering friendly, professional service. They understood that a good salesperson listens before speaking and seeks to build trust, not just close a quick sale.
This project also helped develop skills related to oral and written communication, teamwork, and the ability to analyze and compare. From a business perspective, they learned that people don’t just buy products—they buy solutions that help them or improve their daily lives.
We continue to advance our entrepreneurship project by training creative, self-confident students who are able to communicate ideas with enthusiasm and respect.
