📖The Full Story
In Mission 7, we have reached a key moment within the entrepreneurship project: transforming ideas into visible and shared proposals. After defining the service or product and beginning its development, the teams have completed the design of their prototypes, materializing all the previous work into concrete solutions.
Each team has presented their prototype to the rest of their peers, explaining the process followed, the decisions made, and the main challenges encountered along the way. This exercise has allowed not only for the communication of their project but also for reflection on the learning acquired and the value of their proposal.
After the presentations, a feedback dynamic was carried out using the technique “Two Stars and a Wish,” a tool that promotes constructive evaluation. Thanks to this, the teams have been able to recognize the strengths of each project and suggest improvements in a respectful, empathetic, and motivating manner.
This exchange of ideas has enriched the prototypes and reinforced fundamental entrepreneurship competencies such as communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and the ability for continuous improvement. With our sights set on the next steps, we continue to move forward with enthusiasm towards the evolution and optimization of our solutions.
