Every good idea needs more than enthusiasm to become a reality: it needs organization. In Mission 9, The Clock and the Map, students work on one of the most important competencies of entrepreneurship and any team project: planning.
The teams analyze everything they still need to do and transform it into clear and achievable tasks. Then, they estimate how much time they will need for each one and reflect on the order in which they should be completed, understanding that some tasks depend on others to move forward.
Once the plan is defined, each team member reviews their skills and takes on the responsibility for a specific task, committing to carry it out. In this way, students discover that when each person contributes their talent and fulfills their part, the team functions better and the project progresses more confidently.
With this mission, we work on time management, organization, responsibility, and teamwork, learning that great projects do not happen by chance: they are built step by step, with a good map and always keeping an eye on the clock.
